Nel cuore di Dubai, all’interno di una residenza privata di altissimo profilo, siamo stati coinvolti nella realizzazione della pavimentazione in legno di un progetto architettonico dallo stile contemporaneo e scenografico. Un intervento che ha richiesto precisione, sensibilità estetica e competenze tecniche avanzate.

Il contesto: luce, verticalità e materiali nobili

L’appartamento si sviluppa su grandi volumi, con doppie altezze, vetrate a tutta parete e una vista mozzafiato sulla città. Gli interni combinano marmo, vetro, metallo e superfici retroilluminate, creando un equilibrio sofisticato tra modernità e calore.

In un contesto così materico e architettonicamente forte, il pavimento aveva un ruolo fondamentale: doveva scaldare l’ambiente senza appesantirlo, accompagnare la luce naturale e valorizzare arredi e dettagli.

In the heart of Dubai, within a prestigious private residence, we were involved in the installation of the wooden flooring for a contemporary and visually striking architectural project. An intervention that required precision, aesthetic sensitivity, and advanced technical expertise.

The context: light, verticality, and noble materials

The apartment unfolds across generous volumes, featuring double-height spaces, full-height glazing, and breathtaking views over the city. The interiors combine marble, glass, metal, and backlit surfaces, creating a sophisticated balance between modernity and warmth.

In such a materially rich and architecturally bold setting, the flooring played a fundamental role: it needed to bring warmth to the space without weighing it down, complement the natural light, and enhance the furnishings and architectural details.
